根据网络上传出的消息显示Celcom，在全马各地出现无法上网的情况，根据网络上的消息指出大批用户无法使用Celcom上网数据来正常浏览Google、YouTube，Grab以及Food Panda等应用程序。

根据许多网友的Twitter上发布的帖文显示，除了上述提及到的网页无法正常浏览之外，Facebook却不受到影响，能正常使用Celcom上网数据进行浏览。
根据Celcom官网 释出的消息来看，全国部分地区的Celcom用户可能会因为技术性的问题而导致无法正常使用上网数据浏览网页，对此Celcom建议用户重新启动设备，以便能重新使用Celcom上网服务。
